Brief Biography

Yeoeun Kim received her B.S. degree in biochemistry from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2024. She joined the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a graduate student in chemistry in Fall 2024, where she joined the laboratory of Prof. Scott K. Silverman to study DNAzymes.

Research Interests

In my research project, I am identifying DNAzymes that site-specifically modify peptides by lysine acylation reactions.
